- All orders are subject to client’s final approval of the graphic design, digital mockup, or a physical prototype.
- We reserve the right to refuse tin supplies and services to any client at any stage; this is our sole discretion.
- We strive to order high-quality and neat printing for every order.
- If a printing defect or inconsistency in mold is identified, clients must notify us within 3 business days after receiving the shipment.
- Any type of claims submitted after 3 business days period will not be considered. Hence, we will not be liable for any replacement or compensation.
- To start the claim process, clients must provide us with authentic proofs, i.e., photographs or physical samples of the concerned tins to demonstrate the defect.
- Before printing and manufacturing begins, we provide digital proof for the client's review.
- It is the client’s responsibility to verify all the details in the graphic design, i.e., colors, background patterns, text, logo, and font before the approval.
- Once the graphic design, proof, sample, or prototype is approved, the client is assumed to take full responsibility for the final manufactured order and we cannot be held liable for the errors or mistakes that were present in the approved design.
- Order payment must be wired in full at the time of order placement unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in writing.
- For bulk or low MOQs (minimum order quantities), we may require partial or full upfront payment, particularly from new clients.
- Late payments by clients may incur additional charges, including trust as permitted by the US law.
- We always strive to meet agreed-upon delivery timelines; however, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping disruptions, carrier shortage, or natural disasters.
- The ownership and risk of order loss transfer to the client upon delivery.
- Every of our clients is responsible to ensure that all provided artwork, patterns, graphic design, and material do not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual or property rights.
- While the clients retain the ownership of their supporting materials, they grant us a non-exclusive license to use those assets solely for tin printing and manufacturing purposes.
- We respect the confidentiality of the client’s provided artworks, information, and materials.
- Client’s all data will be used only for production of orders. Moreover, we take necessary measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Our entire liability for any claims relating to printing and manufacturing tins is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.
