We know that in retail, timing is your most valuable asset, so we’ve refined our process to be as predictable and professional as the packaging we build.
Custom tin manufacturing is a precision-driven process. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t let orders stall. Once you give us the final "green light" on your design and payment is confirmed, we move into production immediately.
Total Turnaround Time: Generally 30 to 45 business days.
This timeline covers everything from the initial shaping of the metal to the specialized printing and final quality checks. We don’t rush the craft, but we do move with purpose. Once your tins are ready and out the door, domestic orders usually land in 5–10 business days. For our international clients, the timing depends a bit more on your local customs office.
We trust our top-tier carriers like Fedex - Express saver and reliable ones for shipping, but once the tins leave our facility, things like carrier shortages or unexpected weather are out of our hands. If something does pop up, we’ll be right here to help you navigate it.
We’re not fans of hidden fees. We thus firmly believe in honest pricing. Your shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order by Carrier. You will be able to see these numbers clearly on your invoice before we move forward, so you know exactly what to expect, no surprises, just clear numbers.
No more guessing games. As soon as your custom tins are on the way, we’ll email you a tracking number.
You have to cross check that your shipping address is correct. Check whether it's complete when placing your order. We whim to deliver your tins on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays, missed deliveries. We are not responsible for extra fees caused by a typo. If you have missed mentioning apartment number or the landmark you chose is wrong we aren't liable to it.
If you feel there has been a mistake and it needs to be rectified for the destination, get in touch. After the order is on the roads, let us know as soon as possible. We can play our part to do the best to make the adjustment before it’s too late.
