At Tin Makers, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom tin packaging to our clients in a timely manner. Below is the detailed shipping policy that applies to all orders:

1. Turnaround Time

Once the quotation and design are approved, the estimated turnaround time for custom tin orders is 4 to 6 weeks. This time frame accounts for the production process, including manufacturing, printing, and any specialized techniques or customizations that are required. The final delivery time may vary based on order complexity and production requirements.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your tin packaging. The shipping method will be chosen based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Our carriers include major providers, but we may use others depending on your location and needs.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. These costs will be included in your invoice once your order is finalized and the shipping method is selected. Clients will be informed of the shipping costs before processing the order. In case of special shipping arrangements, such as expedited shipping, additional charges may apply.

4. Order Processing Time

Please note that our order processing time is same-day, which is subjected to design approval and payment confirmation. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier issues or natural events, we will notify you promptly.

5. Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time will depend on your location and the chosen carrier. Domestic deliveries typically take 5 to 10 business days, while international shipments may take longer, depending on customs procedures. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to you once your order is shipped.

6. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to monitor the status of your delivery online via the carrier's website. You can also contact us at any time if you need assistance with tracking.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping disruptions, carrier shortages, customs delays, or natural disasters. In the event of any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updates regarding the status of your order.

8. Shipping Errors or Damages

If your order arrives damaged or if there is any issue with the shipment, please notify us immediately, within 3 business days of receiving the package. We may request photographs of the damaged packaging or tins to process a claim. In case of a shipping error or damage, we will cover 70% of the return shipping cost, while you will be responsible for the remaining 30%.

9. Shipping Address

It is the client's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. Tin Makers will not be responsible for any delays, errors, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If there is any change to the shipping address after the order has been processed, please notify us as soon as possible to make the necessary adjustments.

10. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and the design has been approved, cancellations are not permitted. However, if a cancellation request is made before the design approval, we may be able to accommodate the request based on the production status. Cancellations after the design approval will be subject to the production work already completed.

12. Shipping Insurance

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your tins arrive in perfect condition, insurance can help protect your shipment in case of loss or damage during transit. Please inquire about insurance options when placing your order.
